Class Descriptions

Body Boost® is a high-intensity interval (HIIT) workout class that will challenge and energize you. Women at every stage of motherhood will get a safe and effective 60-minute total body cardio, strength & core workout plus concluding meditation. So give yourself a boost, whether you’re 4 months or 20 years postnatal.  

Strides 360® is a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It’s for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kids with you in the stroller or leave them at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day! 

Body Well® is a results-based, workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The program offers high-intensity, interval workouts twice a week, nutrition and meal planning coaching, a wide variety of seasonal recipes, pre/post session fitness assessments, accountability and encouragement from moms in class, and more! Women at every stage of motherhood will get safe and effective workouts, whether you’re 6 months or 20 years postnatal. 

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program that is designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute total body workout incorporates cardio, strength training, toning, songs and activities. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), Stroller Strides is a great workout for any level exerciser. There is no age limit for kids, as long as your child will sit in the stroller for the duration of the class then they are the right age.

Workout with fitness classes that “pack a punch”! These martial arts inspired fitness classes are fun and fast-paced 30-minute workouts that include kicking, punching, strength training, muscle toning, and cardio building. Classes are held in the safety of a non-contact, supportive group class structure. Come get a good sweat and enjoy the benefits of what we like to call “kick-punch therapy.” With this class pass, you can attend unlimited classes for the full 12 weeks. See the schedule of classes below. Gloves and gear are provided. Instructed by Lake Zurich Family Martial Arts.
