Vehicle Sticker and Dog License Information
2021 Information
Every household will receive in the mail the 2021 vehicle and animal license application the first week of January. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Village Hall is closed to the public. All of Hawthorn Woods non-emergency public buildings remain closed to the public to keep our residents and work force safe and healthy.
This year a unique pin number will be included on every application allowing for the purchase of vehicle stickers and dog tags using our new online portal. Residents will be able to purchase vehicle stickers, update vehicle information, and make payments through the online portal.

If you would like to pay for your vehicle stickers and dog tags online, please access the portal here (or visit https://www.aptvsa.com/hawthornwoods/resident). The Village of Hawthorn Woods does not charge a processing fee for debit/credit cards using this online option.

- Drop off your form in the drop box outside of Village Hall at the double red doors
